Placing an order

You can place your order by calling us at (714) 952-0012 or by e-mail Flaunty@aol.com, after your order has been taken you are require to place a 50% DEPOSIT and the remainder balance is DUE UPON RECEIPT. (Please be advise there will be NO Delivery of products if final payment is NOT available at time of delivery or shipping)

Shipping

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLACE YOUR ORDER 3-4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID ANY SHIPPING PROBLEMS AND ANY EXTRA SHIPPING FEES.

All orders under $300.00 will have a $7.50 per box shipping and handling charge.

Orders up to $1000.00 will have a $20.00 per box shipping and handling charge.

Orders more than $1001.00 please call us (714) 952-0012 or e-mail Flaunty@aol.com for a quote.

Orders shipped overnight or two day air can be shipped and MUST BE PAID IN FULL.

Large or extremely Heavy Products can increase the shipping and Handling Charge.
We shipped all of our orders "Via Priority US Mail with  Delivery Confirmation and insured"
Flaunty Creations cannot be held responsible for Lost, Late or Misdirected Mail.
All orders shipped to California addresses add 7.75% sales tax.

Returns

Only single piece items are able to be treated as a return and only within 10 days and it is subject to a 25% restocking charge, but not the shipping charges. Sale items are not returnable.  There will be no returns after 10 days.

Cancellations

There is a 10% cancellation fee on products that were ordered and have not shipped.
Large orders and Custom Orders can not be canceled.

Order Methods

Paypal, Wire Transfer or Bank Checks are acceptable.  You may prepay with personal checks but will be held for 10 days or until cleared before delivery.  Paypal and E-Checks take 3 to 4 banking days (excluding weekends and holidays for funds to clear and we will ship at that time.  For rush orders we recommend bank to bank wire transfer. Another option is to overnight certified funds.

Damages

Items that are received damaged must be reported the day of delivery and returned within 7 business days for credit or replacement of the same item.  If the item is not in stock, then a refund will be issued, excluding shipping charges.  Damages from shipping caused by CARRIER must be reported to the shipping company. Please inspect shipping boxes upon receipt for evidence of possible damage upon receipt.
